Apartment Art Nights
You have the opportunity to bring a fun and memorable resident experience to your community in Austin!
We’re currently offering a trial run art event at a flat rate of $600 for a maximum of 30 attendees, with the option to continue monthly if it’s a good fit. We provide all materials, handle the setup and cleanup, and guide residents through a creative, no-pressure project!
Each month we send you three art options to choose from, that way you can pick whatever fits your residents best! Every month is different!
June’s available workshops include:
Felt Pet Portraits – Turn your pet into a fuzzy felt keepsake
Beaded Succulents – Create a sparkly, plant-inspired sculpture that never dies
Watercolor Paper Fans - Decorate a paper fan with watercolors to make a unique accessory that also keeps you cool!
Each workshop is 1.5–2 hours long and designed to be approachable for everyone, whether they’ve never picked up a paintbrush or craft material in their life.
Many of your residents may already recognize us from our popular events around the city, and this is a great way to add something special to your amenities lineup without adding extra work to your team.
